Your body is your home, and only a cozy home provides the foundation for us to truly feel comfortable in it. Through our bodies, we experience a connection to our inner selves and deeper levels. That’s why a balanced routine of yoga/sport, breathwork, and nutrition serves as the foundation for inner development.
On a practical level, Yoga helps balance and harmonize the connection between your body, mind and soul.
Why practice yoga with me?
Movement has always been my art form and Yoga has taught me to move consciously and to use my breath to connect on a deeper level with myself. It has been my greatest teacher and has led me to the path I am on today—the way I perceive the world, others, and most importantly, myself. For over 10 years, I have been on a journey of self-discovery, self-development, and cultivating the courage to become the person I was meant to be. Through these experiences, I am eager to share my knowledge and help you create a healthy relationship between your body, mind, and spirit.
I want to teach yoga that allows my students to notice feelings and their effects on all aspects of their being. This means that you don’t have to be super flexible, heroically strong, or able to balance on your fingertips to have a meaningful yoga practice.
Yoga is for everybody and EVERY BODY.
What?
I offer a variety of yoga classes, including Hatha flow, Vinyasa, and traditional Kundalini yoga. Each class integrates Meditation, Pranayama (breathing exercises), Asanas (postures), and Shavasana (final relaxation).
